Dr Luqman is a Saudi licensed attorney, and the Jeddah based partner of the firm. She holds a PhD in commercial law from Cairo University, a master's degree in civil law from the University of Jordan, and a bachelor's degree from Sana'a University in Yemen. Wahy has extensive academic and professional experience, serving as an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law and Judicial Studies at the University of Jeddah since 2021. Prior to this, she held various roles at King Abdulaziz University and Dar Al-Hekma University in Jeddah, including head of the law department and supervisor of the law section.

In addition to her teaching responsibilities, Dr Wahy is an active researcher and speaker. She has prepared academic programs for master's degrees, published research papers, and delivered numerous lectures on topics such as women's rights, patient rights, and investment opportunities for Saudi women. Wahy's diverse expertise and experience make her a valuable asset to Luqman Legal and the field of law.
